Bought a new bike yesterday. Isn't she pretty? We had thought about joining the YMCA since we both love to swim, but the monthly rates are super high and its such a closed in facility (not many windows!) that we decided to buy me a bike instead. Now we can enjoy exploring our neighborhood (and eventually wilmington) like we use to in Austin and Iowa City (when I had my old bike, RIP) and save the bucks.

We also set up our "guest room" future "nursery room" as a current "yoga room." We go to a Monday night class at the Unitarian church and a Saturday morning class at Wilmington Yoga Center where both places we study with this woman Donna who we absolutely love, but her other classes fall when we teach so we've set up our new room to work at home twice a week when we have freeier schedules.
Hopefully all these changes will lead to healthier, less stressed Silvas. Send us happy, good luck thoughts please.
